COMACT COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF CHECKMATE PRECISION CUTTING TOOLS

VANCOUVER, BC, October 1, 2026 — Comact is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Checkmate Precision Cutting Tools, a leading manufacturer and service provider of bandsaws, circular saws, industrial knives, and complete saw shop solutions with operations across New Zealand and Australia. The acquisition, announced on July 29, 2026, builds on Comact’s growing cutting solutions platform and installed base in the region.
